RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Intimate Lingerie Sydney (Cabreatia Enterprises) is committed to providing a very high level of after sales service.
We believe that it is our duty to offer our customers the best possible quality available at the most competitive prices.
We are so sure that you will be equally impressed with the quality of our products that we stand behind them completely.
Before we send out our products, our professional staff follow a very comprehensive process of quality control procedures to ensure that we only send goods that are in perfect condition.
In the rare event that goods arrive to our customers in a less than perfect state, we normally are able to resolve this issue quickly by offering a completely new replacement product.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Cabreatia only offers refunds if the customer order has not been processed/confirmed due to the item being unavailable at the time.
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
We advise customers to double check their order before they confirm checkout through our website.
Please chose your product(s) carefully.
No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Standard postage fees apply to all return orders.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 10 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
For faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously.
Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Policy for returning your product:
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The garment is accompanied by the original receipt.
We do not accept returns for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.
Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom.
We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
